PostHeaderIcon Can Abortions Cause Infertility?

Welcome back!

This question, if abortions cause infertility, has been circling around many years now. It is a huge topic for concern since, there are abortions which are done clinically and some that may still be tucked somewhere in those inner streets, especially in a very religiously virtuous dominated country.

As it seems, there are not much facts pointing to whether abortions cause infertility in a medical stand point.  And this is even after going over information based websites on the topic of abortions cause infertility to dig up more on it as a medical issue. Yet, even with enough persistence to continue, information was still lacking.

Although the medical standpoint was not as giving in terms of information, if basing on a family or personal stand point, there are some facts that show whether or not abortions cause infertility. This is an on-going perception stand by two different sides, and this is between the pro-life and pro-choice campaigns, depending on how a person or family feels about these two stands.  This information is very situational depending on the two campaigns and what they believe in.

For the pro-life groups who understand as to whether abortions cause infertility, they believe and have lifted information from a doctor which states and assumes that twenty five percent of women who interrupt their first pregnancy have remained virtually childless. But presumably these twenty five percent are those and including women who have possibly, had an abortion and becoming mentally unstable or fearing the pain, decided not to have another try at pregnancy. Another may be those women who have firmly decided to remain childless for the reasons that it would be unsustainable in the future, found her-self pregnant, decided with an abortion and after did not want a child again. And lastly, groups of women who have really been pregnant, under-went an abortion and had complications during the abortions and pregnancy that really lead to infertility. But all of these are assumptions and estimated rates on whether abortions cause infertility.

Yet for the pro-choice groups, who believe that pregnancy can be a choice, abortions to them if done safely and properly, especially with a help of a doctor cannot become infertile because the procedure has been carefully done with the guidance of skilled hands. Firmly they agree that whether abortions cause infertility is a false belief.

To finally counter act and reason with both parties on whether abortions cause infertility, a doctor worded and claimed that abortions will normally not affect a woman’s fertility. To this doctor, he believes that it remains a false understanding especially if it is done clinically. And to finalize, this is now a legal act for doctors to work on.

Whether abortions cause infertility still remains as a puzzle for the general public. But as stated often, abortion may have nothing to do with the signs of infertility at all. It may or may seem that it will definitely fall into a case to case basis depending on how strong a woman’s body can be.

There are many causes for infertility that had been haunting many couples. Whatever these causes may be, one thing is for sure - that infertility is no longer an issue that causes impossibility of having a child. Learn the identifying signs of infertility from http://adviceoninfertility.com

PostHeaderIcon Car Seat Safety

Ensuring car safety for the young ones is essential and most of the countries make it a legal requirement that one ensures that their children are well taken care of when in the car by use of car safety seats. Many companies offer car seats services leaving the parents with wide field to choose from. There are variety of car seats and one is supposed to choose based on their budget and child’s age. The infant car seat is designed for children who are less than one year, weigh 20 pounds or less, and should always ride rear-facing.

The convertible car seat for preschoolers or toddlers car seat is designed for children aged above one year and who weigh more than 20 pounds and should also ride rear-facing as long as possible but they can also ride forward-facing. The school-aged children can ride on the Booster car seat designed for overgrown children and they should ride forward-facing but the booster seat should hold them until they are grown up enough for the normal seat belt to fit them. The normal seats belts are designed for grown up children between 8 and 13 years. One should keenly refer to the car seat manual to know if their child suits to use it. This enables one to make the right choice when buying the children car seats.

Some of the basic child safety rules includes kids riding on the back seat of the car as this highly reduces their death risk in case of an accident. The car seat should also never be placed rare-facing on the front car seat especially when the car has active front airbags as this risks the child to being suffocated by the airbag in case the car is involved in an accident. The rear facing style is highly recommended due to its capability of going against physic-related forces that may expose the child’s body if they were riding forward-facing. The faster the car, the higher the crash will be and the faster the crush is transferred to the child’s body organs, while riding rear-facing, the crash will take long time to be transferred to the child’s organs hence less impact.

Although one will not be able to prevent all the accidents from occurring, it is recommended that one does their best to ensure that the child’s safety is assured at all time of their ride especially for long trips. The car seats do not only protect the child from death risks in accidents, but also ensure the child’s comfort especially in long trips, which may include breaks and rough road encounters.

Most countries have researched and approved the rear-facing ride as one of the safest children riding mean with the least death risks. When preparing for long car trip, one should take note that an accident can occur from side, front and back crushing and hence the regulation that the car seats straps should be carefully locked fitting the child to make sure that the child is not hurt regardless of the crush angle.

PostHeaderIcon Can You Get Pregnant With Fibroids?

If you are aware that you have fibroid tumors, you may be wondering about the impact it might have on your fertility. The time when we are trying to conceive is always a time of mixed emotions and anticipation and a time when we want as little as possible to worry about as there is no doubt that stress can impact negatively on our ability to conceive.

In answer to the question, “Can you get pregnant with fibroids?”, the reply is generally positive. Many women can and do get pregnant despite having fibroids, but there is no doubt that the condition can cause problems in the minority.

The three issues relating to fibroids which can affect your ability to get pregnant with fibroids relate to their size, location and type.

Size

The larger your fibroids, the more adversely they could affect your chances of getting pregnant. However, some women with large fibroids will still conceive although they could experience discomfort throughout pregnancy and can cause an early delivery.

Location Of Fibroids

If fibroids are located either low down and near to the cervix they can block the passage of sperm, thus preventing a pregnancy. Similarly, if fibroids are high up in the uterus, they can block off the fallopian tubes and prevent the sperm reaching the egg.

Type Of Fibroids

Submucosal fibroids (those located just under the lining of the womb) can sometimes distort the uterine cavity significantly and this prevents implantation. These types of fibroids do not usually affect conception, but a women will often not know that she has conceived as the miscarriage occurs before implantation.

Fibroids are a sure sign that your body is out of balance and although we would all prefer to be free of them before conceiving, surgery and hormonal treatment is rarely the best option at this time and can actually hinder conception. Although the answer to the question “Can you can pregnant with fibroids?” is normally positive, we would all prefer to remove any possible hindrances.
